Prepare the Glass
Choose a chilled glass, preferably a hurricane glass or a highball glass.

Combine Ingredients
In a blender, add the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Make sure to add the crushed ice to the blender as well.

Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, usually about 20-30 seconds.
Serving

Pour and Garnish
Carefully pour the blended mixture into the prepared glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple slice and a maraschino cherry on top.
