French Toast

Method

Prepare French Toast

  1. 1

    Make the Egg Mixture

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

  2. 2

    Soak the Bread

Dip each slice of brioche bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated. Allow the bread to soak for about 1 minute on each side.

  3. 3

    Cook the French Toast

In a skillet or griddle, melt the butter over medium heat. Place the soaked brioche slices in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Assemble and Serve

  1. 4

    Plate the French Toast

Place two slices of the cooked French toast on a plate.

  2. 5

    Add Toppings

Spread a tablespoon of apricot marmalade on top of the French toast. Top with two strips of cooked bacon, drizzle with maple syrup, and pour mango custard sauce over the top.

  3. 6

    Garnish

Add sliced kiwi on top and finish with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
