Make the Crêpe Batter

Prepare the Batter
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Stir in the melted butter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 1 minute. Repeat until all batter is used, stacking the crêpes on a plate.

Spread Nutella on one half of each crêpe, and layer sliced bananas on top.
Caramelize Walnuts

Caramelize the Walnuts
In a small skillet, add chopped walnuts and brown sugar over medium heat. Stir continuously until the sugar melts and coats the walnuts, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
Assemble the Dish

Assemble the Crêpes
Fold the crêpes over the filling, then place on serving plates. Top with sliced figs, caramelized walnuts, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce before serving.
