Method

Preparation of Fruits

  1. 1

    Prepare the Strawberries

Wash 1 cup of strawberries under cold water. Remove the stems and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

  2. 2

    Wash the Blueberries

Rinse 1 cup of blueberries under cold water and drain them. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Peel and Slice the Kiwi

Take 2 kiwis, peel them using a knife, and then slice them into rounds or half-moons.

  4. 4

    Slice the Banana

Peel 1 banana and cut it into thin slices.

  5. 5

    Prepare Pineapple Chunks

If using whole pineapple, peel, core, and cut into bite-sized chunks. If using canned pineapple, simply drain the juice.

  6. 6

    Wash the Grapes

Rinse 1 cup of grapes under cold water and remove any stems.

Mixing and Dressing

  1. 7

    Combine the Fruits

In a large mixing bowl, combine all prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, banana, pineapple chunks, and grapes. Gently toss to combine.

  2. 8

    Prepare the Dressing

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice together until well blended.

  3. 9

    Add Mint Leaves

Chop the 5 mint leaves finely and add to the honey-lemon mixture.

  4. 10

    Dress the Fruit

Drizzle the honey-lemon dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss until all the fruits are coated.
