Preparation of Parmesan Country Potatoes

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Potatoes
In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

Bake Potatoes
Spread the seasoned potatoes onto a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, stirring halfway through.

Add Parmesan
During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and return to the oven until melted.

Make Egg Mixture
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Heat Pan
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat.

Dip Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak for a few seconds on each side.

Assemble Monsieur
Once cooked, place 2 slices of French toast on a plate. Top each slice with 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of provolone cheese. Optionally, you can place it under the broiler for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts.
