Preparation of the Bread Pudding

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Loaf
Slice the caramel banana gelato loaf into 1-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Make the Custard Mixture
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.

Combine Ingredients
Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes and gently fold until all the bread is coated. Let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips into the soaked bread mixture.

Bake
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted comes out clean.

While the bread pudding is baking, slice the banana.

Once the pudding is done, let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top, drizzled with caramel sauce, and garnished with banana slices.
