Seabass and Accompaniments

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salsa

In a mixing bowl, combine diced tomato, red onion, jalapeño, cucumber, avocado, cilantro, and lime juice. Season with salt to taste. Mix well and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Seabass

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Brush seabass fillets with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper. Grill or pan-sear the fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Octopus

If not already cooked, boil octopus in salted water until tender, approximately 45 minutes. Dice into small pieces. If pre-cooked, simply warm in a skillet with a little olive oil.

  4. 4

    Serve

Plate the cooked seabass, top with the prepared salsa, and add the diced octopus on the side. Enjoy!
