Muddle the Mint
In a cocktail shaker, add the fresh mint leaves and gently muddle them to release their essential oils.

Add the Liquids
Pour in the Mezcal Madrecuishe, agave syrup, fresh lime juice, and Angostura bitters into the shaker.

Shake with Ice
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Double strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass to remove mint bits.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint. Serve immediately and enjoy.
