Prepare the Tasting Shots
Pour 25ml of Blanco Tequila, 25ml of Reposado Tequila, 25ml of Añejo Tequila, and 25ml of Mezcal into individual shot glasses.

Place a small amount of salt on a plate for rimming the shot glasses, if desired.

Serve each shot glass with a lime wedge on the side.
