Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients. Slice the schiacciata bread in half horizontally to create a top and bottom layer.

Layer the Spicy Salame
On the bottom half of the schiacciata bread, layer the slivers of spicy salame evenly across the surface.

Add Fresh Mozzarella
Tear or slice fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute them evenly over the salame layer.

Top with Pickled Peppers
Slice the pickled cuerno de toro peppers and layer them over the arugula.

Season with Oregano, Salt, and Pepper
Sprinkle dried wild oregano over the entire assembly. Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Drizzle olive oil over the top layer before placing the top half of the schiacciata bread on.

Press down gently on the sandwich to compact it, then slice into portions. Serve immediately.
