Make the Honey Tamari Balsamic Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, tamari soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Marinate the Steak
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour half of the honey tamari balsamic glaze over the steak, making sure itβs well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, preferably 1-2 hours.

Rest and Slice
Once cooked, remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.

Serve
Slice the flank steak against the grain, garnish with chopped fresh parsley, and serve with additional glaze on the side if desired.
