1. Prepare the Bruschetta
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Slice the loaf of bread into 1/2 inch slices and place them on a baking sheet.
2. Prepare the Topping
In a bowl, combine diced fresh tomatoes, chopped basil leaves, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3. Toast the Bread
Place the baking sheet in the oven and toast the bread for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
4. Assemble and Serve
Top each slice of toasted bread with the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

5. Season the Chicken
In a bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture over the chicken breasts evenly.
6. Cook the Chicken
Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
7. Let it Rest
Remove the chicken from heat and let it rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
8. Serve
Slice the chicken and serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
