Method

Preparation

1

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut and the sweetened condensed milk. Stir until the coconut is evenly coated with the condensed milk.

2

Shape Mixture

Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. If the mixture is too sticky, you can wet your hands slightly to make shaping easier.

3

Coat the Balls

If desired, roll the coconut balls in chocolate sprinkles or chopped nuts to coat them. This adds flavor and texture.

Chilling

4

Chill

Place the coated coconut balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
