Six HUGE tail-on shrimp and mix it with spiral pasta, diced tomatoes, fresh cilantro and imported Parmesan cheese, all covered with our chipotle garlic sauce.
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the spiral pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the tail-on shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until they are pink and opaque.
Add the diced tomatoes, chipotle garlic sauce, and cooked pasta to the skillet with the shrimp. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Remove from heat and stir in fresh cilantro and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro and cheese if desired.
