Chef's Table

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Prepare the Patties

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness. In the last minute, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns and toast them lightly in the skillet or toaster.

Toast the Buns

On the bottom half of each bun, layer lettuce, tomato slices, and the cooked patty with melted cheese. Add pickles, onion slices, ketchup, and mustard as desired. Top with the other half of the bun.

Assemble the Burger

Serve the burgers immediately with your choice of sides.

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Divide the beef into two equal portions and form each portion into a ball. Flatten each ball into a patty about 3/4 inch thick.

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, until browned. Flip the patties and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half and toast them lightly in another skillet or on a grill until golden brown.

Prepare the Buns

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer lettuce, a slice of tomato, the cooked patty with melted cheese, pickles, and onion slices. Add ketchup and mustard to taste. Place the top half of the bun on each burger.

Serve the burgers with your choice of brew and enjoy your Burger Night!

Preheat the Oven

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, eggs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture

Transfer the mixture into a loaf shape and place it into a greased loaf pan.

Shape the Meatloaf

Spread a little extra ketchup on top of the meatloaf if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss the chicken wings in buffalo sauce and spread them out on a baking sheet. Bake for 40-45 minutes until crispy.

Arrange celery and carrot sticks on a serving platter alongside guacamole and tortilla chips for dipping.

Grill or pan-fry the mini sliders until cooked through. Assemble each slider on a bun with a slice of cheddar cheese and a pickle.

Chop the tomatoes and fresh basil. Mince the garlic. In a bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let it sit for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Prepare the Bruschetta Topping

Slice the loaf of bread into 1-inch thick slices. Preheat a grill or oven to medium-high heat. Brush each slice with olive oil and toast them until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes.

Toast the Bread

Remove toasted bread from the grill/oven. Spoon the tomato mixture generously over the toasted bread slices. Drizzle with a little extra balsamic vinegar if desired.

Assemble the Bruschetta

Arrange the bruschetta on a serving platter and serve immediately. Enjoy your culinary experience!
