Preparation Steps

Prepare the Ginger
Peel and finely grate the fresh ginger to extract about 1 teaspoon of ginger pulp.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Sauza Hacienda Tequila, fresh lime juice, pineapple juice, and the grated ginger.

Shake and Strain
Add ice cubes to the shaker, seal it, and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass.

Add a Kick
Sprinkle a pinch of cayenne pepper on top of the drink for an added kick.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a lime wheel. Serve immediately and enjoy!
