Boil Water
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 cups of black tea leaves and 1 tablespoon of dried blue mallow blossoms. Let it steep for 5-7 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea mixture into a teapot or a large heatproof pitcher to remove the leaves and blossoms.

Flavor with Bergamot
Add 1 teaspoon of bergamot essential oil to the strained tea and stir well.

Serve
Pour the tea into cups and enjoy it hot, or let it cool and serve over ice for a refreshing iced tea.
