Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Broccoli

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Gnocchi

In the same pot, bring a fresh pot of salted water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, usually 2-3 minutes until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Sage

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sage leaves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and crispy.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked gnocchi and broccoli to the skillet with the sautéed sage. Toss gently to combine. Add grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper to taste. Drizzle with fig glaze and stir to coat evenly.

  5. 5

    Serve

Transfer the gnocchi pesto to plates, and garnish with additional Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
