Cocktail Preparation

Prepare the Glass
Chill a coupe glass by placing it in the freezer or filling it with ice water while you prepare the cocktail.

Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine Ketel One Vodka, hibiscus syrup, raspberry puree, and passion fruit juice. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Pour
Remove the coupe glass from the freezer or discard the ice water. Strain the mixture into the chilled glass.

Top with Champagne
Slowly top the drink with champagne, allowing it to mix gently with the other ingredients.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy your Coupe d’ Amour!
