Brewing Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Water

Bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil in a saucepan or kettle.

  2. 2

    Add Chamomile Flowers

Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the dried chamomile flowers.

  3. 3

    Steep the Infusion

Cover the saucepan or kettle and let the chamomile steep for about 5 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.

  4. 4

    Strain and Serve

After steeping, strain the infusion into a teacup or mug to remove the chamomile flowers.

  5. 5

    Add Sweetener and Lemon (Optional)

If desired, stir in honey or your preferred sweetener and a splash of lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
