Add frozen mixed berries, spinach, banana, Greek yogurt, almond milk, ground flaxseed, protein powder (if using), lemon juice and grated ginger to a high-speed blender.

Blend

Blend on high until smooth, about 45–60 seconds. If too thick, add 2–4 tablespoons of additional almond milk; if too thin, add a few ice cubes or more frozen fruit.

Taste and adjust: add a small drizzle of honey or maple syrup if extra sweetness is desired (optional). Pour into a glass and drink within 30 minutes of making for best nutrient retention.

Combine rolled oats and water (or milk) in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender and most liquid is absorbed.

Cook oats

Stir in chia seeds and cinnamon, then remove from heat. Fold in diced apple and top with chopped walnuts and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.

Serve warm. This breakfast provides slow-release carbohydrates, fiber and healthy fats to support steady energy during the reset.

Rinse quinoa briefly under cold water. Combine 1/2 cup quinoa and 1 cup water in a small pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to low, cover and simmer 12–15 minutes until water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.

Cook quinoa

While quinoa cooks, prep veggies: dice cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, slice avocado and chop parsley. Rinse and drain chickpeas if using canned.

Assemble bowl: place cooked quinoa and baby spinach in a bowl. Top with chickpeas, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, avocado and parsley.

Dress: whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a small bowl; drizzle over the bowl and toss gently to combine. Serve at room temperature or chilled.

Portion carrot sticks or bell pepper slices and serve with 2 tablespoons hummus. This simple snack provides fiber, vitamins and plant-based protein to hold you until dinner.

If using tofu, press it ahead (at least 15 minutes) to remove excess moisture, then cut into 1-inch cubes. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a nonstick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Prepare and heat

Add minced garlic and sauté 30 seconds until fragrant. Add broccoli florets and sliced zucchini and bell pepper. Stir-fry 4–6 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Push vegetables to the side and add tofu cubes to the hot pan. Let sear undisturbed 2–3 minutes per side until golden; then stir to combine with the vegetables. If using fish, sear separately 2–3 minutes per side until cooked through and flaky.

Add tamari (soy sauce) and toss to coat. Heat through 30–60 seconds more. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if using.

Serve stir-fry over 1/2 cup cooked brown rice or cauliflower rice. Enjoy a light, nutrient-dense dinner that supports digestion and satiety.

Aim to drink about 8 cups of water across the day; sip regularly. Have 1–2 cups of herbal (caffeine-free) tea in the evening to support calm digestion and sleep.

If using probiotic yogurt or a supplement, take once daily with food per product instructions to support gut microbiome during the reset.

Rinse all fresh produce thoroughly. Peel the ginger and banana. Core the apple and chop into chunks. Peel and chop the cucumber. Remove tough kale stems and roughly chop the leaves.

Prepare produce

If using matcha, whisk 0.5 tsp matcha with 2 tablespoons warm water until dissolved; set aside to cool. If using brewed green tea, brew 1/4 cup and cool.

Place the spinach, kale, and cold water or coconut water into a high-speed blender. Blend on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until the greens are evenly liquefied. This prevents fibrous pieces later.

Blend greens first

Add the chopped cucumber, banana, green apple, lemon juice, grated ginger and ice (if using) to the blender. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and no visible chunks remain. Scrape down the sides once and continue blending if needed.

Add fruit and aromatics

Check texture. For a thinner cleanse drink, add up to 1/2 cup more cold water or coconut water and blend 10–15 seconds. For a thicker, meal-like shake, reduce water and consider adding the protein & fiber boost ingredients (see next section).

Adjust consistency

If you want the cleanse to be more satiating, add 1/2 cup Greek or plant yogurt, 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed, and 1 scoop protein powder to the blended base. Blend on medium-high for 20–30 seconds until smooth and fully incorporated.

Taste and adjust sweetness/acid: if too tart, add 1/4 ripe banana or a teaspoon of maple syrup; if too sweet, add another teaspoon of lemon juice.

Place the chopped parsley or cilantro and the dissolved matcha (or cooled green tea) in a small cup or shaker. Stir or shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds to combine.

Taste the shot and if very bitter, add a squeeze of lemon or a teaspoon of honey (optional).

Either mix the shot into the smoothie for an herb-forward cleanse or pour beside the serving glass to sip between sips of smoothie.

Pour the blended green smoothie into two tall glasses (or one large bottle) using a spatula to get all the liquid. Stir in sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to enhance the flavor; blend briefly (5 seconds) if preferred fully combined.

Garnish each serving with fresh mint leaves and an optional thin slice of apple on the rim.

Serve immediately for best nutrient and texture. If storing, pour into an airtight bottle and keep refrigerated up to 24 hours; shake well before drinking.

Heat 12 oz of water until just warm (not boiling). Stir in 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice and 1 tsp grated ginger. Taste and add 1 tsp raw honey if you prefer slight sweetness. Drink slowly upon waking to stimulate digestion and hydrate.

Prepare warming drink

Place 1.5 cups baby spinach, 0.5 cup kale, 1 ripe banana, 1/2 chopped green apple, 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1 tbsp ground flaxseed, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice and 4 ice cubes in a blender. Blend on high until completely smooth, about 45–60 seconds. Pour into a glass and drink within 30 minutes for best nutrient absorption.

Blend smoothie

In a medium pot, combine 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth, 1 sliced carrot, 1 sliced celery stalk, 1/2 cup sliced shiitake mushrooms, 1 crushed garlic clove, and 1 tsp thinly sliced fresh ginger. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15–20 minutes to extract flavor and nutrients.

Simmer broth

Stir in 1/2 tsp ground turmeric, 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley, 1/4 tsp sea salt and 1/8 tsp black pepper. Taste and adjust seasoning lightly. Strain if you prefer a clear broth or leave solids for extra fiber. Serve warm and sip slowly between 11:30–1:30pm as a midday cleansing meal.

Finish broth

In a pitcher, add 1/2 thinly sliced cucumber, 8 fresh mint leaves and 2 lime slices if using. Pour 48 oz filtered water over the ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to infuse (or enjoy immediately for a light flavor). Drink throughout the afternoon to maintain hydration.

Infuse water

In a large bowl, combine 3 cups mixed salad greens, 1/2 diced cucumber, 8 halved cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 diced avocado. Sprinkle 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds over the top.

Assemble salad

Whisk together 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/8 tsp sea salt and 1/16 tsp black pepper. Drizzle dressing over the salad, toss gently to coat, and serve immediately as a light, nutrient-dense evening meal.

Make dressing & serve

Steep 1 chamomile tea bag in 8 oz hot water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and sweeten with 1 tsp raw honey if desired. Sip warm 30–60 minutes before bedtime to promote relaxation.

Customer selects the 6-Month Premium Plan, confirms desired seat count and any optional add-ons, and completes payment upfront for the 6-month term. Update 'Billing cadence' to 'upfront' and calculate 'Total due' by adding base price, taxes, and subtracting any discounts.

Purchase

Assign a dedicated account manager and provision seats. For each seat purchased, create user accounts, set permissions, and send invitations. Enable 'Advanced analytics', 'Unlimited projects', and 'Data export capability' in the tenant settings.

Account Setup

Schedule the included onboarding session within the first 2 weeks of activation. The account manager runs the session, covering platform basics, analytics overview, and integration options. Record session date in the customer record.

Onboarding

Enable priority email routing for the customer so their tickets are flagged and routed to the premium queue. Configure weekly check-in calls: account manager schedules recurring 30–60 minute calls during the term.

Premium Support Activation

Set the customer's SLA to respond within 4 hours for priority issues. Document escalation paths and contact points in the support portal and share with the customer during onboarding.

SLA Configuration

Allocate the included 10 hours of custom integration work to the customer's project. Project manager scopes tasks, assigns developer hours, and tracks usage. If additional hours are requested, change 'Extra custom integration hours' add-on and invoice accordingly.

Custom Integration Hours

Develop and test integrations in a staging environment. After customer acceptance testing, deploy to production and confirm integration performance. Log completed hours against the customer's allocation.

Implementation

When the customer requests additional seats, update the 'Additional seats' quantity, provision new user accounts, and invoice pro-rated charges if mid-term. For on-site training or extra integration hours, update the respective add-on quantities and schedule the services.

Adding Seats or Services

Begin renewal discussions 30–60 days before the 6-month term ends. Review usage, outstanding integration hours, and support needs to propose renewal options or upgrades.

If the customer chooses to end the plan, perform data export, revoke access per the 'Data export capability', and schedule a final offboarding call. Ensure all outstanding invoices are settled and document closure.

Measure out almond milk, water, Greek yogurt, protein powder, almond butter, flaxseed, honey/maple, lemon juice, turmeric, and black pepper. Peel and break the banana into chunks if not already frozen. Rinse and drain spinach.

Measure & Prep

If you like a colder, thicker smoothie, use a frozen banana and frozen berries. For a thinner texture, use fresh banana or add an extra 2–4 tablespoons (30–60 ml) of water or almond milk.

Add liquids to the blender first: pour 1.5 cups almond milk and 0.5 cups cold water. Scoop in 0.5 cup Greek yogurt. This helps the blades move freely and blend evenly.

Layer in Blender

Add the spinach, frozen banana chunks, frozen mixed berries, 0.5 tsp grated ginger, 1 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp almond butter, and 1 tbsp ground flaxseed on top of the liquids.

Sprinkle in 1 tsp honey or maple syrup, 0.5 tsp lemon juice, 0.25 tsp ground turmeric, and a pinch of black pepper.

Secure the lid and blend on medium-high for 45–90 seconds, or until completely smooth. If the mixture stalls, stop and scrape down the sides, then blend again. For a thinner consistency, add 1–2 tablespoons (15–30 ml) more water or almond milk and blend 10–15 seconds more.

Taste and adjust sweetness or acidity: add up to 1 tsp more honey/maple if you want sweeter, or a few more drops of lemon juice for brightness. Blend just long enough to incorporate any additions (5–10 seconds).

Pour the smoothie into a tall glass. If using, sprinkle 0.5 tsp chia seeds on top and garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
