Burger Patty Preparation

    Combine Ingredients

    In a medium bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined.

    Shape Patty

    Shape the mixture into a patty about 3-4 inches in diameter and about 3/4 inch thick.

Cooking the Burger

    Preheat Cooking Surface

    Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

    Cook Patty

    Cook the patty for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the desired doneness is reached.

Burger Assembly

    Spread Mayonnaise

    Spread the mayonnaise evenly on the bottom half of the burger bun.

    Add Patty

    Place the cooked burger patty on top of the mayonnaise.

    Add Lettuce

    Top the burger patty with shredded lettuce.

    Add Coney Sauce

    Drizzle the coney sauce over the top of the lettuce.

    Close Burger

    Finish by placing the top half of the burger bun onto the assembled burger.
