Prepare the Hot Dogs
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the hot dogs to the boiling water and cook for 5-7 minutes or until heated through.

Prepare the Buns
While the hot dogs are cooking, lightly toast the hot dog buns in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or until warm.

Assemble the Hot Dogs
Once the hot dogs are cooked and the buns are toasted, place each hot dog into a bun.

Add Toppings
Generously squeeze ketchup and mustard over each hot dog. Top with finely chopped onions to taste.
