Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seafood

Place the salmon fillet, shrimp, and calamari rings into a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the seafood, seal the bag or cover the dish, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove the salmon fillet from the marinade, letting excess drip off. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

On the same grill or a separate skillet, cook the marinated shrimp for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and opaque.

  3. 5

    Cook the Calamari

Grill or pan-fry the calamari rings for about 1-2 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and tender.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Fish Platter

Arrange the grilled salmon, shrimp, and calamari on a large serving platter. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
