Prepare Chicken Strips

Prepare the Chicken
Slice the chicken breasts into strips and set aside.

Prepare the Breading
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken strip into the egg mixture and then coat thoroughly with the flour mixture. Set aside on a plate.
Fry Chicken Strips

Heat Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry Chicken Strips
Carefully place breaded chicken strips in the hot oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Assemble Sandwich

Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns lightly on a skillet or in a toaster.

Build the Sandwich
Spread mayo on the bottom half of each bun. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, jalapeno slices, fried chicken strips, Swiss cheese slices, and drizzle with Nashville Hot Sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.
