Espresso Martini Base Preparation

Brew the Espresso

Start by brewing 2 oz of fresh espresso. Allow it to cool slightly before use.

Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of LUXARDO Espresso Liqueur, 1 oz of vodka, 0.5 oz of simple syrup, and the brewed espresso.

Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Garnish

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans placed atop the drink.

Prepare the Seasonal Ingredients

For the pumpkin variation, add 1 oz of pumpkin puree, 0.5 tsp of ground cinnamon, 0.25 tsp of ground nutmeg, and 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract to the cocktail shaker with the other ingredients.

Shake Again

Shake the mixture again vigorously for another 15-20 seconds to incorporate the seasonal flavors.

Strain into a chilled martini glass and drizzle 1 tsp of chocolate syrup on top for an added touch.
