Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil Water

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt.

  2. 2

    Cook Pasta

Add the pasta to the boiling water and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing Vegetables

  1. 3

    Chop Vegetables

While the pasta is cooking, chop the bell pepper, zucchini, carrot, and broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Halve the cherry tomatoes.

Making the Sauce

  1. 4

    Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 5

    Add Garlic and Vegetables

Add the minced garlic and all the chopped vegetables to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  3. 6

    Season the Mixture

Add salt and black pepper to the sautéed vegetables and mix well.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 7

    Combine Pasta and Vegetables

Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.
