Prepare Strawberry-Infused Vodka
Wash and slice the strawberries. In a clean glass jar, combine the sliced strawberries and vodka. Seal the jar and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 24 hours, up to 3 days for a stronger flavor.

Mix the Cocktail
In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1 oz of the strawberry-infused vodka, Aperol, blood orange juice, and lemon juice. Shake well until chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. Top with Prosecco and garnish with fresh strawberries and blood orange slices. Serve immediately.
