American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

American Wagyu Roast Beef

Method

American Wagyu Slaw Be Jo®

  1. 1

    Prepare the Slaw

In a large bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper, and dijon mustard. Mix well until the ingredients are fully combined.

  2. 2

    Add Green Onions

Chop the green onions and fold them into the slaw mixture. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Wagyu Beef

In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the American Wagyu beef until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Subs

Slice the sub rolls in half. Place a generous portion of the cooked Wagyu beef on the bottom half of each roll, then top with the prepared slaw. Close the rolls and set aside.

American Wagyu Roast Beef

  1. 5

    Prepare the Roast Beef

Thinly slice the American Wagyu roast beef against the grain. Ensure the slices are not too thick for easy assembling.

  2. 6

    Assemble the Subs

Take the sub rolls and cut them in half. Layer the provolone cheese on the bottom half, followed by the sliced Wagyu roast beef. Top with arugula and drizzle with horseradish sauce.

  3. 7

    Finish the Sandwiches

Drizzle olive oil over the top half of the sub rolls, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then close the sandwiches.
