Method

Meatballs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Meatball Mixture

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Meatballs

Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.

Sauces

  1. 4

    Heat the Sauces

In separate saucepans, heat the marinara sauce, BBQ sauce, and buffalo sauce over medium heat until warmed through. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.

Toppings

  1. 5

    Prepare the Toppings

While the meatballs are baking, prepare the toppings by chopping onions, slicing jalapeños, and chopping fresh basil. Set aside in separate bowls.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Set Up the Meatball Bar

Once the meatballs are cooked, arrange them on a serving platter. Serve with warmed sauces and toppings in separate bowls for guests to customize their meatball creations.
