Preparation of Ingredients

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce leaf. Slice the tomato into thick slices and cut the onion into a single slice. Set aside.
- 3
Cook the Wagyu Beef
Season the American Wagyu beef with salt and pepper. In the same skillet used for the bacon, cook the Wagyu beef over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- 4
Prepare the Turkey
If using store-bought hand-pulled turkey, simply measure out 4 oz. If you are making it from scratch, roast a turkey breast and pull it apart into shreds.
Assembly
- 5
Toast the Bread
Toast the two slices of club sandwich bread until golden brown.
- 6
Layer the Ingredients
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread. On one slice, layer the lettuce leaf, followed by the sliced tomato, onion, hand-pulled turkey, the sliced American Wagyu beef, crispy bacon, and two slices of provolone cheese.
- 7
Top and Serve
Place the second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich. Cut in half diagonally and serve immediately.
