Preparing the Cauliflower

Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Cauliflower
Cut the cauliflower head into bite-sized florets and rinse under cold water.
Battering and Baking

Mix the Batter
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water. Whisk until smooth.

Coat the Cauliflower
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully coated. Shake off any excess batter.

Bake the Cauliflower
Place the coated cauliflower florets on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown.
Tossing in Buffalo Sauce

Toss in Buffalo Sauce
Once the cauliflower is baked, remove it from the oven and place it in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.
Making the Ranch Dressing

In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and milk until smooth.
