Crispy Shrimp Rolls

Prepare Rice Paper
Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft, about 10 seconds. Lay flat on a clean surface.

Roll the Shrimp Rolls
Place a spoonful of filling on the wrapper, fold the sides over, and roll tightly. Repeat for all wrappers.

Fry the Rolls
Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes each side.

Make the Filling
In a bowl, mix the crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.

Fill and Seal Wontons
Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of a wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold over to form a triangle, and seal.

Fry the Wontons
Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes, flipping once.

Make Marinade
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil to make the marinade.

Marinate Ribs
Marinate the pork ribs in the mixture for at least 1 hour or overnight for best results.

Bake the Ribs
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Place marinated ribs on a baking sheet and bake for 2.5 hours.

Remove from oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve.
