Fish Preparation

Prepare the Fish
Rinse the Mahi Mahi fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

Bread the Fish
Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with 7 spice seasoning and salt.

Fry the Fish
Coat each fillet first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally coat with the panko mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the fillets for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Mix Ingredients
Add yuzu juice, lime juice, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, and salt to the mashed avocado. Mix until well combined.

Cook the Vegetables
Add sliced bell peppers, zucchini, and julienned carrots. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes until they are tender but still crisp. Drizzle with soy sauce, season with salt and black pepper, and toss to combine.

In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, and lime juice. Stir until smooth and well blended.
