  2. 2

    Sear the Steak Tips

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over high heat. Add the marinated steak tips and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Sprinkle with chopped green onions before serving.

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and sprinkle with paprika. Cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley just before serving.

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 7

    Boil the Potatoes

In a large pot, cover the cubed potatoes with water and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 minutes until tender.

  2. 8

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Add butter, minced garlic, and milk. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
