Wontons
Orange Chili Butter Sauce
Method
Wontons Preparation
- 1
Mix the Filling
In a medium bowl, combine the fresh blue crab meat, softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- 2
Fill the Wontons
Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the crab mixture in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water using your finger.
- 3
Seal the Wontons
Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle shape. Press the edges firmly to seal, ensuring no air is trapped inside. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- 4
Cook the Wontons
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the filled wontons and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
