Brew 1 cup of strong coffee and let it cool slightly.

  2. 2

    Mix in Sugar and Liqueur

Stir 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 tablespoons of coffee liqueur into the warm coffee until dissolved. Set aside to cool completely.

Make the Cream Mixture

  1. 3

    Whisk Egg Yolks

In a mixing bowl, whisk 3 egg yolks until they are pale and creamy.

  2. 4

    Add Mascarpone

Add 1 cup of mascarpone cheese to the egg yolks and mix until smooth.

  3. 5

    Whip the Cream

In a separate bowl, beat 1 cup of heavy cream with 1 tablespoon of confectioners' sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until soft peaks form.

  4. 6

    Combine Mixtures

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.

    Dip the Ladyfingers

Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
