In a shaker, combine 1 oz of Cathead Vodka or Murrell's Row Gin with 2 oz of Charleston Bloody Mix and 1 tsp of freshly grated horseradish. Shake gently to mix the ingredients together.

Carefully shuck 2 Murder Point Oysters, ensuring to retain the oyster liquor in the shell. Place each oyster in a shot glass or a small serving dish.

Top each oyster with 1 tsp of mignonette sauce to enhance the flavor.
Serving the Shooter

Pour the prepared shooter mix over the oysters in the shot glass or serving dish.
