Guava Cider Recipe
ACE Guava blends Brazilian Pink Guava Juice with a tart, semi-sweet apple cider blend. It was inspired by a trip to Brazil where the House Brothers enjoyed a Guava Caipirinha on Ipanema Beach. This cider is bold, juicy, and unfiltered.

Juice Preparation
- 1
Combine Juices
In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of Brazilian Pink Guava Juice and 3 cups of apple cider. Stir gently to mix the juices together without creating too much foam.
- 2
Add Lime Juice
Pour in 2 tablespoons of fresh lime juice into the mixture. This will add a tart flavor that complements the sweetness of the guava and apple.
- 3
Sweeten the Mixture
Add 1 tablespoon of honey or agave syrup to the pitcher. Stir well until the sweetener is fully dissolved in the juice mixture.
Serving
- 4
Chill the Cider
Refrigerate the guava cider for at least 30 minutes to ensure it is chilled before serving.
- 5
Prepare Glasses
While the cider is chilling, prepare your serving glasses by adding a few fresh mint leaves to each glass.
- 6
Serve with Garnishes
Once chilled, pour the guava cider into the prepared glasses. Garnish each glass with a slice of lime and an additional mint leaf for aroma and presentation.
