Method

Preparation of Chicken Wings

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Wings

In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.

Cooking Chicken Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Making Buffalo Sauce

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the hot sauce, butter, garlic powder, and vinegar.

  2. 6

    Stir and Heat

Stir the ingredients until the butter is melted and the sauce is heated through, about 5 minutes.

Making BBQ Sauce

  1. 7

    Mix BBQ Ingredients

In a small bowl, mix the BBQ sauce, honey, and smoked paprika until well combined.

Making Ranch Dressing

  1. 8

    Combine Dressing Ingredients

In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  2. 9

    Chill the Dressing

Cover and refrigerate the ranch dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Serving

  1. 10

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are done baking, you can either toss them in the buffalo sauce or BBQ sauce until evenly coated.

  2. 11

    Serve with Ranch Dressing

Serve the wings hot with a side of ranch dressing for dipping.
