Beef Patty Preparation

Mixing Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently with your hands until just combined.

Forming Patties
Divide the mixture into two equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent puffing up during cooking.

While the patties are cooking, slice the brioche buns in half and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Spread house sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by the cooked beef patty, a slice of tomato, and finally the top half of the bun.
