Preparing the Tea Base

Boil Water
In a pot, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Steep Tea
Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons of black tea leaves. Cover and let it steep for 5 to 7 minutes.

Strain Tea
After steeping, strain the tea to remove the leaves and pour the brewed tea into a pitcher.
Flavoring the Tea

Add Peach Slices
Add 1 cup of fresh peach slices to the brewed tea to infuse the flavor.

Sweeten the Tea (Optional)
If you prefer a sweeter tea, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir until dissolved.

Add Lemon Juice
Stir in 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice for a refreshing zing.
Serving the Iced Tea

Prepare Glasses
Fill glasses with ice cubes (about 1 cup per glass) to chill the tea.

Pour and Garnish
Pour the peach-infused tea over the ice in each glass. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
