Chicken Wings

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and pepper until well coated.

  2. 2

    Choose Your Flavor

Depending on your preferred flavor, divide the wings into separate bowls for buffalo, honey garlic, BBQ, black & bleu dry rub, Nashville hot dry rub, or garlic parmesan.

  3. 3

    Buffalo Wings

For buffalo wings, add the buffalo sauce to the wings and toss until evenly coated. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. 4

    Honey Garlic Wings

For honey garlic wings, mix honey and garlic powder into the wings, tossing until coated. Place on a baking sheet.

  5. 5

    BBQ Wings

For BBQ wings, coat the wings with barbecue sauce and place on a baking sheet.

  6. 6

Black & Bleu Dry Rub Wings

For black & bleu dry rub wings, sprinkle the black & bleu dry rub over the wings and toss well. Place on a baking sheet.

  7. 7

    Nashville Hot Dry Rub Wings

For Nashville hot dry rub wings, coat the wings with the Nashville hot dry rub and place on a baking sheet.

  8. 8

    Garlic Parmesan Wings

For garlic parmesan wings, toss the wings with melted butter and parmesan cheese before placing them on the baking sheet.

  9. 9

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until they are crispy and fully cooked, flipping them halfway through.

  10. 10

    Serve the Wings

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. Serve with a side of celery sticks and your choice of bleu cheese or ranch dressing.
