  2. 2

    Bake the Tart Shell

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the dough and fit it into a tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Let cool.

Dulce de Leche Filling

Place the can of sweetened condensed milk in a pot of simmering water, ensuring it's covered. Let it cook for about 2 hours, then cool before opening.

Mascarpone Ice Cream

    Make the Ice Cream

In a bowl, whisk together mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Pour into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Freeze until firm.

In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Mix until crumbly. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes to set, then cool.
