Black Tea Preparation

Boil Water
In a kettle, bring 2 cups of water to a rolling boil.

Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add 2 tablespoons of black tea leaves. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes, depending on your desired strength.

Strain and Serve
Strain the tea leaves and pour the brewed tea into a cup. Serve hot.
Green Tea Preparation
