Method
Prepare the Berries

Wash the Berries
Rinse the fresh strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries under cold water to remove any dirt or impurities. Pat them dry with a clean towel.

Slice the Strawberries
Hull the strawberries by removing the green tops and slice them into halves or quarters, depending on your preference.

Combine the Berries
In a medium bowl, gently combine the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.

Sprinkle the stevia over the mixed berries and toss gently to coat. Allow the mixture to sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Using an ice cream scoop or a large spoon, serve 1 cup of either the tahitian vanilla bean ice cream or the sugar-free vanilla ice cream into a serving bowl.
