Place the coarsely ground Vietnamese coffee in the phin (Vietnamese drip filter). Pour the hot water over the coffee and let it brew for about 4-5 minutes until it drips into the cup below.

Once the coffee has finished brewing, add the sweetened condensed milk to the brewed coffee. Stir well to combine.
