Prepare the Spicy Ponzu Sauce
In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, citrus juice, and chili oil. Mix well and set aside.

Sear the Ahi Tuna or Salmon
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the tuna or salmon fillet for about 1-2 minutes on each side until the outside is browned but the inside remains rare. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a couple of minutes.

Slice and Serve
Thinly slice the seared fish and arrange it on a plate. Drizzle the spicy ponzu sauce over the top. Garnish with sliced jalapeño and fried garlic. Serve immediately.
