Preparation and Cooking
- 1
Marinate the Wings
In a large mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, red chili flakes, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined. Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
- 2
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top.
- 3
Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess liquid to drip off. Arrange the wings in a single layer on the wire rack. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
- 4
Serve
Once the wings are done, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with sweet Thai chili sauce for dipping and garnish with sliced green onions.
