Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well.

Coat the Wings
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are completely coated with the flour mixture.

Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat oil to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine gochujang, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Cook over medium heat until heated through and well combined.

Toss the Wings
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with the prepared Korean sauce until evenly coated.

Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
